acne. Acne can develop due to various reasons. Let take a look at what can
cause:

Skin shed dead skin cell every thirty days;
a few dead cells could block the skin pores allowing the accumulation of the excess
sebum in the skin pores. This later can lead to the development of acne.

Heredity

Heredity is play a major role in the
development of acne in the body, there is high probability that acne would
reoccur in your lifetime if you treat acne before. This is because people with
active sebaceous gland produce a lot of serum.

Bacteria

Bacteria naturally occur when the sebum get
accumulated behind a blocked pores, A slow growing bacterium, propionibacterium
thrives naturally in the skin, when the pores is blocked, this bacterium spread
and cause painful acne throughout the skin.
The bacteria react with sebum to produce a chemical that is immune to
anti acne cream and also cause inflammation.

Oily food

Eating a lot oily food could trigger your
oil gland to secrete more oil that will later clogged your skin pores. Though

they could worsen existing acne.

make up. You can try using water based makeup instead. The oil present in the
makeup would eventually clog your skin thereby leading to acne, pimples,
eczema. Always remove your makeup before sleeping; you can use natural olive
oil to remove to prevent the accumulation of chemicals on your face.

is medically refer to as milia. The comedones may be sparse with blackhead or whitehead
appearing on the skin surface. The type of acne is easier to treat, because it
does not have any inflammation and can be treated using over the counter cream
and lotion like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. It usually shows up on the
fore head and the nose without inflammation in teen and young adult. Though some
adult also experience this type of acne with blackhead and whitehead appearing
on the skin surface.

Grade II

This type of acne occurs when the comedones
are mix with superficial pustules and papules. Acne breakout is more common and
numerous blackheads and whiteheads are formed on the skin surface when compare
with grade I. Grade II acne do not produce significant scarring, unless there
has been continued scratching and picking. At this stage, over the counter
creams and topical (locally applied) medication is reasonably effective but if
there is no change in the skin condition after 2 months, please see your
doctor.

Grade III

This type of acne occurs when the pustules
and papules occur on the face, the pustules and papules are higher than the
grade II acne. The skin becomes more inflamed and can be treated with creams
that have anti-inflammatory properties to reduce the swelling and redness. There
is a probability of deeper inflamed nodules present in this type of acne, it is
better to consult a dermatologist in this case than using over the counter
cream.

Grade IV

This is the most severe type of acne and can
lead to permanent scarring of skin. The acne is characterized by with large
amount of comedones and pustules and deeper inflamed nodules, which are thought
to result from the rupture of the sebaceous gland, leading to the movement of
sebum and bacterial products into the skin tissue. This type of acne affects the
area of the body with more sebaceous gland like the face, neck, and shoulder.
